Meet Alissa
Hi, I’m the founder of Lighten and Thrive Organizing. I love helping my neighbors in the greater Seattle area transform their homes and reclaim more time by identifying what matters to them and creating systems that work for their real, busy lives. I am a national and local member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals and also a trained Co-Active Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation.
I specialize in tackling the high-traffic areas that often cause the most daily friction—pantries, closets, garages, and kids’ play spaces. By co-creating personalized systems with my clients, I ensure that the solutions we implement are beautiful, sustainable and intuitive for everyone in the household to use.
When I'm not working, you can usually find me gardening, exploring trails with my kids or finding creative ways to reduce waste in our community.
